The following guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations:

Once you have scheduled sessions with us, that is seen as a set appointment, which affects our ability to schedule any other clients in that time slot. We therefore don’t offer any refunds in this case. Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions will be rescheduled and not be refunded.

The following guidelines apply for CV editing refunds and cancellations:

Once I have worked on your CV, there will be no refunds. Ensure that you read about the CV editing option you choose, so to know what to expect. If you have questions ensure to ask them before making the payment.

 

Once the payment is done and I have started working on the CV, there will be no refunds. If you are not happy with the outcome, there will be no refund, as the money charge is equavalent to the time spent working on the CV.
